Key Stage 2

My School Yoga provides Key Stage2 sessions focusing on specific intentions such as developing strength, cultivating patience, increasing confidence or power of breath.

These sessions continue to apply and develop skills introduced in Key Stage 1 by learning how explore them further. There are further opportunities to explore sequences, communicating and collaborating with one another during the practices.


Self-reflection and evaluation is encouraged to recognize areas of strength or weakness. Flexibility, strength, technique, control and balance can all be developed through the range of practices provided.
