My School Yoga provides sessions tailored to Key Stage 3 in order to help evolve skills learned in key stages one and two and develop new skills and techniques.

Skills developed throughout the sessions can be applied in life, skills include mental and emotional self-management.

The knowledge and experience of, My School Yoga Instructor and Founder, Sophia is transferred to you through these sessions to enable each student of My School Yoga to gain both the best technique for practice and  the full development of the yoga specific and life skills.
